Enjoy a panoramic sea view overlooking Ramsgate beach and lagoon from the living areas with 15m window frontage.  2 Bedrooms, 1 with queen and 1 with double bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, 1 with a bath, shower and loo, the other has a shower and loo. A take-2 bed for 2 children is provided in the living area. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen is open plan onto the lounge and dining, and is fully equipped for self catering. Fully equipped kitchen includes an under-counter oven and hob, 2 fridges both with freezer, large microwave, electric frying pan, cordless kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. There is a shared braai area in the garden. Property has electric gate access and lock-up garage.

Housekeeping We offer a linen and towel change every fourth day. A daily clean and tidy service can be arranged on request. Please contact us for more detail of the service that can be provided at an affordable daily rate. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you require housekeeping services. Housekeeping services are not available on Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Holiday items to bring to make your stay more comfortable:
Bath towels are provided, however please remember beach towels, umbrellas, and normal consumables like toiletries, toilet rolls, charcoal, and foodstuffs. An emergency lantern is provided in case of load shedding, but you may find additional battery lighting useful. OpenView OVHD TV is provided, and all our satellite dishes support DSTV so you are welcome to bring your own DStv decoder, please remember to also bring your card, remote control and power cord.
