Offers absolute beachfront, self catering accommodation for up to 4 adults & 2 children. Now Pet Friendly for small pets. Enjoy the sea lapping at your doorstep & an exceptional view of the ocean! Shared swimming pool on property & direct access to the shoreline through the beach gate in the garden. Enjoy a stunning sea view from the main bedroom, fitted with a queen bed & en suite shower & loo. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. A take 2 bed for 2 children is provided in the lounge. Both bedrooms & the lounge are fitted with ceiling fans. The lounge & patio offer an exceptional view of the waves breaking on the rocks, sliding doors open onto your covered patio & braai area. The kitchen is open plan & is fully equipped for self catering. The 2nd bathroom is off the passage & has a shower & loo. Entrance to the property is through an electric gate & there is an allocated covered parking.

Housekeeping We offer a linen and towel change every fourth day. A daily clean & tidy service can be arranged on request. Please contact us for more detail of the service that can be provided at an affordable daily rate. Please provide at least 48 hrs notice if you require housekeeping services. Housekeeping services are not available on Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Holiday items to bring to make your stay more comfortable:
Bath towels are provided, however please remember beach towels, umbrellas, & normal consumables like toiletries, toilet rolls, charcoal, & foodstuffs. An emergency lantern is provided in case of load shedding, but you may find additional battery lighting useful. Openview OVHD TV is provided, and all our satellite dishes support DSTV so you are welcome to bring your own DStv decoder, please remember to also bring your card, remote control & power cord.

This property has JoJo tanks and an independent water delivery service to replenish your supply. Minor interruptions may be experienced while we replenish supply and during loadshedding, please contact the number on your key tag if you experience any interruptions.

• Walk across Southbroom beach to the lifeguarded bathing area, tidal pool & Rip-Tide Restaurant.
• Explore the rocks directly in front of Southern Comfort at Lo-Tide, there’s a hidden round rock pool filled with subtropical corals & fish, please don’t swim here; the delicate eco-system is filled with poisonous sea urchins -ouch!
• Your beach gate opens onto the Marine Ramble, walk +-2km to Ramsgate main beach along the shoreline. No map needed just follow the path & cross the beaches.
• Rods ready? Prime fishing spot on the Rocks directly in front of Southern Comfort, pick up a license from the post office.
• 2,1km drive to Ramsgate Village centre – shop, eat, drink & visit Ramsgate main Blue Flag beach.
