Situated on the 2nd floor giving lovely elevated sea views of Ramsgate main beach from the Balcony. The open plan living space has a Queen bed, comfortable lounge furniture, 50inch TV with OVHD decoder, desk and dressing table.

The kids bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for 2 children under 12 years. 

The bathroom has a bath and a shower, bath towels are provided.

The Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, small oven, 2 plate stove, and cutlery and crockery. A small gas cooker is provided for loadshedding.

Your allocated parking is undercover on the ground floor, there is extra parking available behind an electric gate.

Call for assistance anytime during your stay, we are here for you, emergency maintenance number provided on arrival. 

Housekeeping We offer a linen and towel change every fourth day. A daily clean & tidy service can be arranged on request. Please contact us for more detail of the service that can be provided at an affordable daily rate. Please provide at least 48hrs notice if you require housekeeping services. Services are not available on Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Holiday items to bring to make your stay more comfortable: Bath towels are provided, however please remember beach towels, umbrellas, & normal consumables like toiletries, toilet rolls, charcoal, & foodstuffs. An emergency lantern is provided in case of load shedding, but you may find additional battery lighting useful. Openview OVHD TV is provided, and all our satellite dishes support DSTV so you are welcome to bring your own DStv decoder, please remember to also bring your card, remote control & power cord.
