The duplex accommodation consists of: 1st floor:- Main bedroom with small patio and full bathroom with bath and handshower en-suite. Two other bedrooms, both with two single beds each, and another full bathroom with bath. Ground floor:- A full bathroom with shower. A very large open-plan kitchen, dining-room and lounge area opening onto a furnished private patio with braai. A take-two bed suitable for two teenagers is provided in the lounge. All three bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans. Exceptional beach and sea views can be enjoyed from throughout the ground floor area and from the main bedroom. A lock-up garage with door into the lounge, alarm system and safe is provided.

The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped including a normal stove and oven, large fridge with freezer, large microwave, electric frying pan, cordless kettle, toaster, etc. Items to bring to make your stay more comfortable include beach and bath towels, toilet rolls, charcoal, and foodstuffs.

MARIA, our housekeeper, sometimes does personal laundry for guests in her free time.
This is not part of her daily servicing, if you require this service please discuss fees with Maria.

*Please collect your keys from the cashier at the 24hr shop at the Ramsgate BP garage (your keys will be in a BillsBest envelope with your name on it).
Take the N2 South Coast freeway from just outside Durbancontinue past Port Shepstone until you reach the Ramsgate Margate off-ramp. At the end of the off-ramp turn left towards the sea. Continue 900m to the stop street. Turn right into Marine Drive. Travel 1km(past the Waffle House) to the *BP garage on the left.
Collect your keys. Continue 100m past the BP, take the 2nd turn to your left into Deal Lane. Rosscarbery is on the seafront at the end of Deal Lane. Drive past the front of Rosscarbery to the wooden garage doors on the far side of the building. No. 3 is the first garage on the left. To enter your unit use the door at the back of your garage.
