Rosscarbery is a small block of seven units on the beachfront in Ramsgate, with superb views of the sea, beach and indigenous bush. It offers fully equipped and serviced accommodation in an excellent position in the village. Enjoy our secure environment, scenic walks, two safe beaches, two lagoons, ski boat launch, beach pool, your choice of popular restaurants, and two pubs, all within two minutes walk! From your patio to the sand is 30m! "You can't find a better position on the coast"

The duplex accommodation consists of: 1st floor:- two bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with two single beds, and a full bathroom with bath and handshower. Ground floor:- A full bathroom with shower. A very large open-plan kitchen, dining-room and lounge area opening onto a furnished private patio with braai. A take-two bed suitable for two teenagers is provided in the lounge. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans. Exceptional beach and sea views can be enjoyed from throughout the ground floor area (not from the bedrooms). A lock-up garage, alarm system and small safe is provided.

The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped including a normal stove and oven, large fridge with freezer, large microwave, electric frying pan, cordless kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils. Items to bring to make your stay more comfortable include beach towels, toilet rolls & toiltries, charcoal, and foodstuffs.

MARIA, our housekeeper, sometimes does personal laundry for guests in her free time.
This is not part of her daily servicing, if you require this service please discuss fees with Maria.

*Please collect your keys from the cashier at the 24hr shop at the Ramsgate BP garage (your keys are in a BillsBest envelope with your name on). Take the N2 South Coast freeway from just outside Durban continue past Port Shepstone until you reach the Ramsgate Margate off-ramp. At the end of the off-ramp turn left towards the sea. Continue 900m to the stop street. Turn right into Marine Drive. Travel 1km (past the Waffle House) to the *BP garage on the left. Collect your keys. Continue 100m past the BP, take the 2nd turn to your left into Deal Lane. Rosscarbery is on the seafront at the end of Deal Lane. No. 2 is the 2nd garage on the left. To enter your unit use the gate at the back of your garage. No. 2 is the second door on the right.
