Fishermans Cottage is a garden flatlet, situated in Port Edward. This accommodation is only suitable for TWO. The flatlet is fully equipped for two people (one queen sized bed) and there is a carport for one car. Set in an enclosed section of our Greengates Cottage garden, this quaint private Granny Flat is 100m from the sea and 100m from the village centre and offers distant sea views from the patio. Fisherman's Cottage is completely enclosed by a low fence to give it a small, private, pet friendly enclosure.A sliding gate has been installed at the entrance to the carport for pets and security.  A ten minute stroll along the sea front brings you to the main swimming beach and lagoon. The unit consists of a bedroom with a separate kitchen & bathroom and a large open patio, which is provided with patio furniture, a large wooden umbrella and a portable braai. The kitchen is fully equipped. A colour TV and fan is provided. A small safe is provided. PRUDENCE, our housekeeper, sometimes does personal laundry for guests in her free time. This is not part of her daily servicing, if you require this service please discuss fees with Prudence.

Take the N-2 South Coast Highway from Durban and travel ± 170 km to Port Edward. Turn left towards the sea at the Port Edward robot. Follow the road that goes down ±1.5km until you reach "The Webb" Pizza Place, on your left. The Post Office will be on your right. (The Spar Supermarket is about 50m further down the road on the left.) Turn right into Harrow Road as you reach "The Webb". Greengates is Lot 191 Harrow Road, and is the second entrance you can drive into on your left. Look for the green sliding gate. (Look for Bill's Best sign). Prudence, our housekeeper, is on site and will be expecting you. |
